Kingdom Canyon 02

An alternate take on the Tetris Kingdom panorama, I shifted the color from a beautiful winter's day to a verdant spring day. With the black, white, and punch color palette, the other panoramic felt much more serious, so I took a more fun, upbeat take on this. I even used fatter shapes and simpler forms to make it feel less hard edged.

The other panoramic was a magical myth, but this take went in the direction of a child's fantastic odyssey. Inspired by Pocoyo.

For such a surreal world, I began with more offbeat color palettes, but it felt too unrelatable, so I pulled it back to sort of a spring time thaw plus fall colors palette so get maximum bloom and maximum tree color.

The hero was more of child explore chasing his ball through the land and encountering Tetris challenges along the way. He's sort of a tetris dandelion character.
